Village Center Station Phase II consists of a 12 story pre-cast office tower connected to a 6 story pre-cast garage with a steel pedestrian bridge. Cores are cast-in-place concrete at the tower and pre-cast concrete at the garage. The garage has one level of below grade parking. Additionally, the west side of the garage is wrapped with a two story steel framed office building interconnected with a glass enclosed feature stair on the southwest corner. Construction commenced August of 2016.

The Denver Housing Authority Collaborative Resource Facility is an 11 story tower consisting of 6 stories of pre-cast concrete framing with 5 stories of structural steel framing above. The ground level includes retail and lobby, with levels 2-6 parking, and levels 7-11 office use. Level 6 has been designed as flex space with the ability to be converted from parking to office use in the future. The building includes a number of unique architectural features including a two story trellis at the south side level 8 terrace and a cantilevered stair at the northeast corner that provides back-up support for a glass curtain wall system. Fortis is the structural EOR. Construction commenced August of 2017.

One Belleview Station is a 15 story office tower with an integral and attached garage in the Denver Tech Center. The structure consists of pre-cast and cast-in-place concrete construction. Fortis structural was the engineer of record responsible for the structural design on this Class AA office tower. Additionally Fortis provided all rebar detailing for cast-in-place construction. Construction was substantially completed February of 2017.

The first phase of the 9th and Colorado redevelopment project consists of Block 7 work, including adaptation of the existing precast parking structure located at the corner of 11th and Colorado, and construction of new south and east apartment buildings with elevated amenity decks and ground floor retail. Fortis is providing structural EOR services on both the south and east buildings and also assisting with existing garage rework. Construction commenced on the south building in May of 2016.

Deer Trail School, located in Deer Trail, CO, is a multi-level PK-12 School with a total square footage of approximately 75,000 SF. The building is laterally supported by a combination of CMU walls and structural steel braced frames. The gravity framing design incorporates the CMU walls, structural steel framing, and exposed, structural glue-laminated timber. Large feature roof elements were created using cantilevered, glue-laminated timbers in combination with hidden structural steel elements to accomplish desired roof profiles. The project also features a full sized gymnasium with full length translucent panels along the east and west elevations of the building to provide unobstructed views. The project is under construction as of late spring 2018 and is on track to qualify for CHPS Certified status upon completion.

The Maswik South Lodge is a 65,000 square foot lodge at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, complimentary to the adjacent Maswik North Lodge. The wings are wood framed with cantilevered diaphragms. The entry wing roof features exposed glulam beams and trusses with plugged knife plate connections, creating a uniform wood aesthetic. Construction is anticipated to commence Fall of 2018.
